The second series of British horror comedy, Being Human, starts tonight here in the UK. Last year we met the vampire, Mitchell working in a hospital with his friend and werewolf, George. They moved to a new town to find that their house is haunted by Annie, after she was murdered there she could not pass over. Together they must protect themselves from those who want them dead, or in Annie's case, more dead. They are just trying to fit in but must suppress their dark natural urges to do so.
Can't wait!
That sounds like a really cool show! ;)
ReplyDeleteBeing Human was one of the best shows of 2009 and I'm counting the minutes until 9:30 tonight!
ReplyDeleteIt's just a shame it's still being shown on the God-awful BBC3 when it could have been bumped up to BBC2 where it would reach a larger audience :-(
BTW Just looked outside: it's snowing. Again!
BBC3 has been a starting block for many shows that then move on to 1 or 2. It could happen.
ReplyDeleteI snow! ;)
Im pretty sure I caught a few episodes of Being Human on Youtube, seemed like a lot of fun, I might have to give it another shot!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad this is back on telly. I really enjoyed the new episode on Sunday evening. Great show!
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm massively late to the party with this comment, but yes...
ReplyDeleteSeries 2 was awesome. The last two or three episodes were genuinely quite shocking. Exactly how genre TV should be done.
Roll on series 3!
