About three years ago British film maker, Ad Lane began working on Invasion of the Not Quite Dead. The first of a planned zombie trilogy, filming of this black comedy will begin in and around Kent this summer. So here it is. 30 years after a meteorite crashes to earth in the Swiss mountains unleashing a virus that kills everyone within a 20 mile radius, the virus is released again in England causing the once friendly locals to, well, change. It's up to the remaining survivors to save the world and try not to get eaten. The trailer should be available soon and when it is I'll post it here.

I think this sounds really cool and I'm not the only one. The project has gathered support from many celebrities already. The unique funding of this project, by the horror fans, means that this film will remain independent. Ad Lane is looking for fans to buy perk laden Producer packages starting from a very modest £10, to help raise funds. Take a look at the Invasion of the Not Quite Dead website and be part of the next Shaun of the Dead!
